clearfile.name Terms of Service

These terms and conditions set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between mini kiwi (hereinafter referred to as “Company”) and users regarding the use of clearfile.name (hereinafter referred to as “Service”).

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms and conditions aim to establish the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users regarding the use of services provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. “Service” refers to the clearfile.name website and related services, including file naming rule upload, editing, storage, and sharing functions provided by the Company.
  2. “User” refers to any individual who uses the services provided by the Company under these terms and conditions.
  3. “Member” refers to an individual who has registered for the service through social login (Google, Kakao, GitHub) and can continuously use the service.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

  1. These terms and conditions take effect when users access the service and agree to them.
  2. The Company may amend these terms and conditions when necessary, within the scope of relevant laws, and the amended terms will be announced through the service’s notice board.
  3. If users continue to use the service after the amended terms have been announced, they are considered to have agreed to the amended terms.

Article 4 (Service Provision and Changes)

  1. The Company provides the following services to users:
    • Upload, edit, save, and share file naming rules
    • Other services developed or provided by the Company
  2. The Company may change part or all of the service when necessary, with advance notice as a principle.

Article 5 (Service Restriction and Suspension)

  1. The Company may restrict or suspend service use in the following cases:
    • When unavoidable circumstances occur, such as natural disasters or system failures
    • When users violate these terms and conditions
    • When the Company deems it necessary for service operation
  2. The Company will provide advance notice when restricting or suspending service use under this article, or may provide notice afterward in unavoidable circumstances.

Article 6 (Membership Registration and Account Management)

  1. Users can register through social login (Google, Kakao, GitHub).
  2. Users are responsible for protecting their account information, and they are liable for any issues arising from account information leaks.
  3. The company may delete accounts that are created through fraudulent means or if users impersonate others.

Article 7 (Protection of Personal Information)

The company protects users’ personal information and manages it according to the privacy policy. For detailed information about personal information protection and usage, please refer to the privacy policy.

Article 8 (User Obligations)

  1. Users are prohibited from the following actions when using the service:
    • Impersonating others
    • Interfering with service operations
    • Uploading illegal or inappropriate files
    • Any other actions that violate applicable laws and company policies
  2. If users violate these terms, the company may restrict service usage or delete the account.

Article 9 (Limitation of Company Liability)

  1. The company is not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure events such as natural disasters or network failures.
  2. The company is not responsible for content provided by users within the service.

Article 10 (Contract Termination and Account Deletion)

  1. Users may request account deletion at any time, and upon request, all data associated with the account will be deleted.
  2. The company may terminate user membership without prior notice if users violate these terms.

Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These terms are interpreted according to the laws of the Republic of Korea, and in case of any disputes related to the service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the company’s headquarters shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
